Svea Rike

That is where I'll be in three days from now. I will try out my new laptop. WOHOO!
Anyway, What have I been up to? Well, on the tuesday I went to the ballet to see Edward Scissorhands. It was really really nice I must say, I never thought I would enjoy the ballet. It is running to sometime mid-February, so if youhave a chance, see it. Matthew Bourne, who directed it got a great deal of publicity for his production of Swan Lake - with an all men cast. So anoyone who wants to combat my masculinity for seing a ballet, think about this. At least I didn't go to see that ballet. The next day we had a Street Dance class with the UK champion, who eill be competing against the US champion tomorrow, sunday. That's pretty cool. He was impressed by how quickly we picked the moves up. His name is Marlon and he dances in a group called Flawless.
I also have a small part in Claire's graduation production, which I will go do right now in fact. Tomorrow I am going to a christmas party with people from school, and then I'll go to Sweden. See you guys!
This here is the event in which MY teacher will be competing tomorrow.

Save the cats!

See ya!

And we're back...

Sorry about yesterday, I had to finish the entry quickly due to being kicked out of the internet cafe. How can they have the nerve to close at 11pm when I still have work to do! Grr.
Oh well, I told you about the wedding, but what happaned after? Well, I went back to England where I suddenly transformed into an adult or something. I turned 25. Nah... I seriously doubt that adult thing. Anyway, My parents and my grandparents on my father's side came over to London to see me. That was very nice, we went out to eat, we saw the tower of London, where Marianne, my grandmother had a very interesting conversation with a raven, and they joined me at my house and celebrated my transition into.. twentyfiveness.

Left to right, my grandfather Karl-Erik and my grandmother, trying out a new hat in the tower of London.

This one suits her quite well I think.

My father at Tower Bridge

My mother in... some place we ended up when we got lost

Me in the same place

After they went home, did I get to rest? Not really. School got totally busy close to the exam. All the directors needed to show their pieces before the last week so rehearsals went on way past midnight. After that week, did it get easier? No way, the preparations for the exam kept us all in school past 01:00 every night. On the thursday I got home past 04:00! Buy you know what? I liked it. Even now I don't have a lot of time to relax as I am in Claire's final Production, and two more pieces due last week of term. But you know what... It's all great! It's ok to be worked like an animal if you do it for something you enjoy. And I sort of like the animal analogy. Anyway, there was a picture contest due ages ago. Sorry about that but it appears that I was not the only one being busy. There was only one entry, which will then automatically be crowned winner. Congratulations Marcus Hammar. 10 points.

I will not show the new high score here as this contest got a little.. well it wasn't really a contest with only one contestant. Here is the picture though.

This is a picture of.. snowmen... inspired by me and the creator, Marcus. The one on the left is me, as I am holding my trusty machete and the one on the right is, well...

That's more or less it for the big update, double entry. I will have another contest like this one so that more people have time to join.
Here is what I want most for christmas.
A snow leopard! The other species will do too, but mostly I want a snowkitty. I've been a really good boy this tear and I have worked hard!

Anyway there is a PS. In the tower of London I saw someone who reminded me of mr Neil Martin. Check it out!

I live again!

That's right. I am back.
I have been absent from this journal(not blog) for quite a while, but believe me, I had my reasons. The important thing is; here I am and I have a big update for you.
I went to the wedding of my big sister Linda and her, now husband, Lars Gunnarsson. I must say this wedding was somethign special and I'm not just saying this because she is my sister, it really was great. I sang in it you see XD
No really, the whole thing was fantastic. Big family get together, a ceremony in a very old little church, older acctually, than Sweden itself. The party afterwards really cool, many friends and relatives showed up and the mood was just great. I also held a little speach, which I was quite proud of.
Check it out!
The beautiful copuple, dancing on the wedding night.
This here is my sister. But of course you knew that.
These are both my sisters. Karin held a speach too, by the way. I don't think I have ever seen anyone that nervous before in my life!

The bride and her bridesmaids. Left to right, cousin, friend, bride, friend, sister.

Rebecka, Linda's daughter, also did some entertaining.

Saga also helped. (message to the world: People, turn DATES on your camera OFF!)

This is me, looking like a dork. The man in the corner is my dad.A kiss

That was the wedding sorry no time left internet cafe closing, I will have to continue this update tomorrow, by the way save the cats, see ya!

Yeah yeah...

I know I didn't keep my own deadline about the contest.. Thing is there is a lot going on at school and I've got Linda's wedding to think about. I am moving the deadline of the art contest until I am safe and sound back in England after the wedding. This will give ya'all some more time as well. At november 22nd it should be ok. New deadline November 22nd!
That will probably be my next entry since I am so friggin megabusy!
Still love what we do here.. I just miss the possey!
See ya later, possey!

Oh! One more thing! I am going to play Winnie the Pooh on stage! Ain't that.. funny!?
I never realized it before.. but that is a brilliantly funny character! And not to forget, Ior brings a wonderful light (or darkness) to the world!

Do I bear any resemblance? Hmm.. Guess I will have to rely on my acting skills. (Bear pun unintentional. Honest!)

Well.. at least they didn't ask me to play Belle or Jasmine.
Well.. Save the cats while I'm gone!
See ya!

Wonderful film!

I know I don't post as often as I used to but I'm making up for it by filling this entry with lots and lots of nice pictures! And guys, the more feedback I get the more isnpiration I get to write more, remember that. anyway... The other day I went to see Tim Burton's Corpse Bride. I will not go into a full review here, but I will tell you I loved the film! I couldn't find one single thing I didn't like, it was just a pure pleasure to watch! The way the stop-motion animation and the voice talents blend in with the music by Danny Elfman is just breathtaking! See this beautiful film, or you're missing something fantastic.

The other day we at the school had a voice class at the Old Vic Theatre, where Kevin Spacey is currently playing Richard II and Sir Ian McKellen will soon be in a production of Aladdin. The stage is beautiful and standing in what Lawrence Olivier called "the sweet spot", filling the auditiorium with your voice is a special feeling indeed.

Afterwards some of us took Emma in the first year class to an Italian resturant, since it was her 25th birthday.
I sang Happy Birthday to her twice!
Left to right; Louise, Erika, Emma.

I have finally finished a new version of the short film script, and sent it out to those it concerns. It took a while, but it sort had to. Hope you all enjoy it.

Also, Happy Birthday to my baby sister who is now 21 years old! go Karin!

And people.. Are you wortking on pictures for me? Pleeease?

Save the cats!

See ya!

I kick ass! (or hit chin)

Yepp. I was in Sally's final production, Gaslight as Mr. Frank Bradley. I got to knock the villain out and save the day! the final preformance was a huge success and everyobdy loved our fightscene! And just look at that manly mustach!
The first year student Mikael Brolin was doing the lights and he helped us with the stage combat, as he is a professional stuntman. His Webpage with showreel and stuff. Afterwards we went to an indian resturant and a french woman (she was the mother of the man who played the villain) payed for my expensive meal for some reason! Yay again!

I have a new japanese housemate, Kayoko, who, like Ruriko is also an aroma therapist. As a matter of fact, I am going there now to recieve an oily massage for free! For some reason they are very persistant in letting them rub my muscles (uh huhu)
Anyway, I am setting a deadline for the art contest! Have the pictures emailed to me by November 12! (please?)

And save the cats or else!
See ya!

The Film of my Life

Here's a fun test! which director would direct the film about my life?

James L. Brooks
Your film will be 56% romantic, 42% comedy, 50% complex plot, and a $ 41 million budget.

Filmography: Terms of Endearment, Spanglish, As Good As It Gets, Broadcast News, etc. He also is responsible for bringing The Simpsons to TV (from when he produced The Tracy Ullman Show). It's likely that the audience will cry if Jimmy makes your film. In fact, the Simpsons writing team gave the name "Jimmies" to those sweet, tender, loving moments that end some Simpsons episodes. Also, that's he who says, "How about some sponge cake? With a brandy glaze! Muwahaha!"

My test tracked 4 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

Blackout

The other day a big piece of North London was without electricity. At first it was annoying since we did a lot of things late in school. But it turned out to be quite cozy and peaceful with candle light. No one was stressing, and no noises were heard. At one point I walked on Seven Sister's Road.. normally a very busy street with many lights, now it was dead. Black.. empty. It gave me a nifty Apocalyptic feeling. Also I got a hug from Erica, she is a good hugger. Look at this pic, in the dark one could do many funny things!
OK, so my camera wouldn't take very clear pictures, but here they are.
North London.. hmm.. NorthLion in North London. That sounds really cool! yeah!

By the way I took another friggin personality test. These things have it in for me.

nala
Nala a beautiful young lioness who is both kind,
loving and in search of her true love

which main character from the lion king are you?
brought to you by Quizilla

Just like the test on the DVD!
Don't worry though, yesterday I worked on a stage set with hammers and powertools so my masculinity is intact! Today I did children's classes and tonight I am rehersing my part in Sally's graduation play! I get to beat up the bad guy! Go me! Go testosterone! Wooo!

Byt the way, about that contest, I would like to add, you do not have to flatter me!
And.. save the cats!

See ya!

I don't really remind anyone of Nala do I?

Grind to the bone.

Tired. So tired. I have many pieces to work on for school apart from all the classes. But, as usual, I'm still loving it. Apparently I will be getting a new housemate. Another japanese girl, whose name is Kayoko. She'll be moving in around November. I'm getting to know the new first year students, some of them are really nice! Also, I found out that we will be meeting Kevin Spacey again. Things are good and getting better. Sadly, I don't have much to write about, since no actual big events have occured. But I CAN give you guys another contest!
How about this? An ART contest!
I want you to MAKE a picture, or a comic strip that has to do with either me, or the artist making it. It can be a portrait, a caricature, a character of mine, a character you create based on me or a what-if* picture of me or a situation I, or me AND the artist have been in etc etc etc, or it can be one of the artist, updating me on what's going on over there.
Use you imagination. It doesn't have to be Mona-Lisa quality, I know that not all of you would consider yourselves aritists but at least put some effort into it to show you care.
I will judge it mainly on how big my emotional reaction is, and how much I can relate to it. Of course, being an art contest, the technique will matter a bit, but as I said the main thing is that the picture makes a clear connection between me and the artist.
Keep the connections, dear friends!
And as usual, it is all in good fun!

*A what-if picture is a spectulative picture embodying an idea of, such as; "what if Peter was a starfighterpilot, what would he do, and what would it look like?"
This is a picture I threw together of Neil's character, Jeb Feer. if it wasn't for the fact that he designed the character, this could have been considered as a what-if picture.

Anyway, gotta go!
Save the cats, or I will be angry!

See ya!

WinAmp!

Gah! Well.. I'll start with the fun stuff. Saturday at my school there are children's classes and the 2nd year studens (such as myself) can, if they wish, assist. I have it a shot and you know what? Children can be really really good actors when they want to! Taking care of kids was acctually be very nice.
As for the Gah.. well. Here are some answers to the new questions that we asked the wise mediaplayer about.

Conny's questions:

Should Peter go for a career behind or in front of the camera?
Back to the Future 3 Soundtrack - The future isn't written
A Wise answer I suppose.. and honest.

Was Peter moving to England a good idea?
Robocop SoundTrack - Drive to Jones' office
Going to do what must be done. Yepp.

What is the next film Peter will work with?
Requiem For a Dream Soundtrack - Meltdown
Pardon me, but hasn't that film already been made? the same thing goes for all the soundtracks I have.

What does Peter think of Conny?
Cat Power - Baby doll
'Baby. Black is all you see. Dont you want to be free?' hehe.. suit yourself, asking such a question.

Hannah's questions!
What does Peter really dream about at night?
The Little Mermaid - Under the sea
I am NOT the little mermaid! And I've already GOT legs!

What will the love of Peters life be like?
X-Men Soundtrack - Logan & Rouge
Yeah.. that works I guess. As long as I'm Logan.

What is Peter's biggest problem?
Mulan Soundtrack - I'll make a man out of you
o_O"!

Honestly: is Peter really a girl?
Batman Returns Soundtrack - Cat Suite
The film is a bout Batman! What track it is doesn't matter! >:P

That's it, from now on I'm using Winamp!

See ya!
And YES I still want you to save the cats!
